Stephanie Farmer

Director of Marketing

Stephanie Farmer began her career in sales and marketing in 2001 as a Senior Sales Director for a direct-selling cosmetic company. In 2003, Stephanie joined the health care industry as the Associate Administrator to an assisted living facility. Stephanie completed the Administrator in Training Program as well as became a state-wide Life Enrichment Activity Program (L.E.A.P.) Trainer, educating other assisted living staff on life enrichment activities.

As the Associate Administrator, Stephanie gained the knowledge and experience of the assisted living industry she needed to become a Community Sales Manager for the same assisted living company.

Stephanie joined The Ambassador Health System in 2006, as the Corporate Director of Marketing. She brought with her direct selling experience and a health care marketing background. Stephanie’s responsibilities include providing direct support and training to the marketing teams at each of The Ambassador’s five locations, design and implement all advertising and collateral pieces, coordinate community relations and marketing events, and train company associates on proper customer service techniques. Stephanie is most passionate about living, breathing, and eating the company branding strategy, marketing plan, web development and design, and market research.

Stephanie is currently working on her Marketing Management Degree from Bellevue University in Bellevue, NE.  In her down time, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, dog, and friends; she especially loves golfing and exercising.
