New Boot Camp Programs Coming Soon! 

 

 

Have you been exercising and are ready to take your workouts to another level?  Or are you looking for something new?  Want accountability for your workouts?  If so, our Boot Camp Outdoor Fitness Program is just or you.  This is a high intensity workout based off the principles of discipline and camaraderie of a military Boot Camp.  These four week sessions are taught by Suzanne Hall, ACE-certified Personal Trainer.
Whether you are looking for a jump start, a new challenge, accountability, or more variety in your workouts, Boot Camp may be just what you are looking for!  Whether you are a beginner or regular exerciser, early riser or evening person, you will find a Boot Camp Program that fits your lifestyle and individual needs.

Morning Boot Camp

This is a 60 minute program that is offered at 5:30am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  This is a high intensity workout that uses very little equipment.  Get a great workout using your own body weight, calisthenics, partner exercises, challenge courses, and more!

 

Morning Boot Camp will be offered the following dates*:

 

 

Evening Boot Camp

For those that can't join the morning workout, there is an evening class for you.  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm, get an intense, 60 minute workout just like the morning Boot Camp program.

Express Boot Camp

This is a 30 minute program that is less intense than the hour long Boot Camp Program.  If you are a beginner or new to Boot Camp, this is a great way to get started.  Offered in the evening on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm.

With every Boot Camp you will recieve a pre and post assessment that includes: 

  • Weight
  • Body Fat (Optional)
  • Measurements
  • One Mile Walk/Run
  • Pushups
  • Wall sit

You will also receive weekly emails with homework assignments and challenge exercises to keep you motivated throughout the program, along with sheets to track your eating.

Location

Boot Camp Programs will be held outside, weather permitting.  As the weather gets colder, the workouts will be held indoors in the gymnasium.

Participation

*There is a maximum of 25 participants for each program and a minimum of 4 participants.
