Your Choice. Your Care. Your Dignity. Your Home.

"Greetings,

I just recently spend about 2 1/2 months at The Ambassador Lincoln getting my health back again.  It wasn't until I got home and looked back that I realized how well they treated their patients.

Starting at breakfast you had cereal plus eggs, sausage, and other dishes.  They had ladies serving us all three meals.  They all were so polite and made us feel like Kings and Queens.  The nurses all took part serving us.

Almost every day or night they had entertainment for those who wanted to attend.  They had people come in to entertain us.  They had a day they made crafts.  They furnished all the materials used.  For those who were able, they had instructors show you how to exercise."

"There is no place like home; but if you must be in this environment, you can't beat The Ambassador Lincoln.  Thank you all so much."

"This is a note of thanks and recognition for the wonderful care and concern that was given to Wandalene Lockett during her stay at The Ambassador Sidney.

After a bipolar hip replacement at age 83, life can seem pretty difficult.  Wandalene was encouraged and coached by two wonderfully caring, yet tough therapists.  Wandalene worked under their supervision from December 11, 2008 until March 4, 2009.  She came [to the facility] in a wheelchair and left to retun to her home moving rapidly in her walker.  Job well done!

Kudos to everyone, from the happy and ALWAYS position LPN's who dressed and helped her in the tasks that we all take for granted.  A well-deserved thanks to the administration for hiring caring, passionate, and skilled employees, for decorating and maintaining the facility, and for always lending an ear or an encouraging smile.  Thank you!"

"I am so happy that you are there for the Sidney population.  If I should fall and break a hip, or break a hip and fall, I know a quiet little place (115 Main) where I can come to recoup and put my life back together."

Respectfully,

Suzie Lockett McCalla

Eldest daughter of Wandalene Lockett, Former Resident of The Ambassador Sidney
