Tonya Richards
Assistant Administrator & Marketing
Tonya has been employed at The Ambassador Lincoln since March 2008. She first served as the Director of Social Services and now serves as the Assistant Administrator. Prior to coming to The Ambassador Lincoln, she worked at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital as a case manager, at Bryan Hospital as a discharge planner and Tabitha Health Services as a hospice social worker and bereavement coordinator.
She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2001 with a degree in social work. Tonya is a certified social worker with the state of Nebraska and is certified in gerontology as well.
Her and her husband have lived in Lincoln since 2001 and have two sons. The family enjoys spending time at the lake.

Gina works with the Social Services team to make sure residents are placed in the best setting to receive the care needed to match their goals and to make their stay with The Ambassador as pleasant as possible.

Lois Fisher
Director of Human Resources
Lois Fisher joined The Ambassador Lincoln in September of 2004 as the Director of Human Resources. Lois' responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing applicants, completing all new hire verification and orientations, enrolling employees in the various benefits plans, filing and following up on work related injuries, and maintaining all emp
loyee personnel and medical records. Lois is also involved in OSHA training, serves as the Co-Chair for the Safety Committee, and actively participates on the Employee Involvement Committee.
Lois holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and has worked in Human Resources for sixteen years. Prior to working at The Ambassador Lincoln, Lois was a Human Resources Manager at a textile rental company for thirteen years. She taught business education in Omaha and Lincoln for several years and also worked as a Cl
aims Deputy for the Department of Labor, Unemployment Insurance Department for three years.
Lois enjoys walking outside, bowling, and studying Nebraska history. She is a people person and enjoys working with the residents and employees at The Ambassador Lincoln.

Moya Peters
Director of Nutritional Services
Moya and the chefs at The Ambassador Lincoln are responsible for the high quality meals and special treats provided to our residents. Moya has a wonderful crew of dietary assistants who take pride in making the dining experience at The Ambassador something the people look forward to.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from UNL and completed her dietetic internship at the Indiana University-Purdue University Medical Center. Moya received a Master's degree from Doane College in 2000.
Moya lives with her husband on a farm near DeWitt, NE. They have three children and seven grandchildren, who she enjoys spending time with. Both are members of Christ Community Church in Beatrice. Her hobbies include walking, reading, canoeing and scuba diving.

Donna Borgman
Director of Recreational Services
Donna Borgman joined The Ambassador Lincoln on June 28, 2004 as an Activities Associate. Shortly after joining the company, Donna completed a training program that helped her attain her license as an Activity Director. During this time, Donna also went back to school to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Donna has 22 years of experience caring for the elderly in their homes.
Donna has been married to her high school sweetheart, Dennis, for 40 years. Donna and Dennis have three children, two daughters and one son. They also have five priceless grandchildren ranging in age from three years to thirteen years. Donna's family, especially her grandchildren, keep her busy with soccer, baseball, softball, and sleep-overs at Grandma's and Grandpa's house.
