The Ambassador Sidney hosted a booth at the Better Living Fest in Council Bluffs, Iowa at the Mid-America Center. Over 100 community members stopped by the booth to see what's new with The Ambassador Health System.

At The Ambassador, we recognize the importance of living a healthy, well-balanced life. However, with today's fast paced world, it is difficult for individuals to find time for themselves; time that is focused on improving their overall well-being.
Ambassador Academy is focused on providing individuals with that time. Specialized professionals are ready and waiting to provide guidance that seniots today desire.
Ambassador Academy is a twelve month program designed to educate seniors on healthy lifestyle options. The sessions will be held the second Thursday of each month, from 2:00pm - 3:00pm in the Ambassador Nebraska City's Game Room. What You Need to Know Before Going Under the Knife
Seniors today are living longer and leading more fulfilling lives. In order to remain indepedent and active, some of these same individuals are considering total joint replacement surgeries.
Before determining if a total joint replacement is right for an individual, he/she must be aware of the facts and details relating to these surgeries.
Mary Ann Sides, DPT, ATC, will be providing 15 minute presentations on the total joint replacement process. The presentations will address what individuals can expect prior to, during, and after surgery.
