The Ambassador Wellness Center, LLC offers a wide variety of equipment to meet the needs of our members, regardless of ability. The equipment is easy to use and available to all members. Our trained staff are available at all times to answer questions and assist members in using the equipment correctly and effectively.
Cardiovascular Equipment
The Ambassador Wellness Center, LLC has over 25 pieces of cardio equipment that are designed to provide an aerobic workout. Some of the benefits to using cardio equipment are a lowered risk of heart attack, high cholesterol and diabetes, along with a reduction in stress, improvement in sleep, and an overall feeling of well-being.

Circuit Training
The Ambassador Wellness Center, LLC also has a full line of strength training equipment including a 30-minute full body circuit. The circuit is designed to create an easy to follow work out routine for members of all abilities. The equipment can be easily adjusted to your desired resistance and comfort.
Weight Training
The Ambassador Wellness Center, LLC features free weights, dumbbells and various other strength machines. With over 30 pieces of strength equipment, we have what you need to increase muscle strength, endurance, and build muscle mass. Our trained staff are available at all times to offer free equipment orientation and instruction.
