The Ambassador Wellness Center, LLC offers several membership options including single, couple, or family.

A Family Membership consists of dependants and no more than two people over the age of 21, residing in the same household.**
Processing Fee
Joining fee ($49.00) will be paid on all new
memberships and those that have lapsed.
